Goods Resources supplies two kinds of memberships: ordinary member & China VIP Supplier member. Ordinary member is free of charge. After registration, an ordinary member can:

| 3.How to input member ID & password correctly? |
Member ID: Chinese characters are unacceptable. Please select
4-20 characters, which include random combinations of A-Z, a-z,
0-9 and underline ‘_’ (capitalization matters for your password;
one English letter=one character; one number=one character;
one capitalized English letter= two characters). Advice you
to select a member ID related with your company name。Example:
the member ID of Hangzhou xiao’airen Network Technology Co., Ltd.
is Hangzhou xiao’airen.
Sign-in Password: to guarantee the password safety, password
shall not be the same as member ID. Please select 4-20 characters,
which include random combinations of A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and underline
‘_’ (capitalization matters for your password; one English letter=one
character; one number=one character; one capitalized English
letter= two characters). Please be extraordinary careful when
creating your password. For the safety of your password, do
not use insecure password or password easy for others to guess,
such as 1111 or aaaa; once you think others may know your password,
please Revise Password immediately. |

| 4.What if I forgot my password after registration? |
Goods Resources alerts you: member ID and password are very significant information, which should be kept appropriately without oblivion or divulgence. If you lost password, you can click Forget Password and retrieve your password according to following steps:
· Fill in member ID;
· Answer security question;
· A random password generated by system will be sent to your email box which was input during your registration;
· Check the password in your email box;
· Click Revise Password Right Now in your email;
· Input password you’ve received in the column of Old Password in bounced web page and fill in corresponding fields, then click OK to finish turning random password to a new password memorable for you. |

| 5.After registration how to
revise password? How long the password revised will work? |
Revise password as followings:
·Enter My Office by filling in member ID and password;
·Click My Password under Company Profile;
·According to instructions, fill in member information and your
original password in Old Password column.
·In New Password column type your new password;
·Confirm new password;
·Input answer to security question;
·Confirm and finish revising password, which will work immediately.
You may use your new password in your next sign-in. |

| 6.Why is the member ID input during my registration
unacceptable? |
Those reasons are possible:
·Other member has already registered this member ID prior you.
As member ID is sole in database, it can’t be applied repeatedly.
We suggest you try other spelling combinations, example: if
member ID Hangzhou xiao’airen has already been registered, you may try Hangzhou xiao’airen88,
Hangzhou xiao’airen123, and so on.
·The length of your member ID is not applicable.
The length of member ID should be limited between 4-20 characters.
Too long or too short member ID will be rejected by the system.
·Member ID input by you contains irregular characters.
Member ID should consist of English letters, Arabic numbers
and underline. Punctuation, blank, *, @ and other characters
are not allowed. |

| 7.Why the password input during registration is unacceptable? |
Those reasons are possible:
·The length of your password is not applicable.
The length of password should be limited between 4-20 characters.
Too long or too short password will be rejected by the system.
·Password input by you contains irregular characters.
Password should consist of English letters, Arabic numbers and
underline. Punctuation, blank, *, @ and other characters are
not allowed.
·The password input by you is the same as member ID.
As for the consideration of network information safety, the
system requires password must differ from member ID. |

| 8.Can I revise my member ID? |
| Very sorry. As every member ID is sole, it can’t be revised
after registration. It can only be canceled. |
